I Scouterna formas vi av äventyr. De som sker i ute i naturen och de som sker inom oss när vi upptäcker, utmanar och hittar mod tillsammans. Idag ger Scouterna över 80 000 barn, unga och vuxna, från alla delar av samhället, äventyr som förändrar livet och världen. Vill du vara med och skapa Scouternas nästa nationella jamboree? Sommaren 2026 är det dags igen. Då samlas den svenska scoutrörelsen och internationella gäster för att fira jamboree. Ett stort och myllrande scoutläger där vi möts, bygger broar och knyter vänskapsband. Vi skapar gemensamma upplevelser och erfarenheter som stärker oss som rörelse. Vi tar oss tillsammans igenom utmaningar och växer genom äventyret. De två senaste nationella lägren, Jamboree17 och Jamboree22 var båda mycket uppskattade av de scouter och scoutkårer som deltog. Utvärderingen från Jamboree22 säger att 87% var stolta över att vara en del av scoutrörelsen, 97% hade en positiv upplevelse och 96% säger sig vilja vara med även på Jamboree26. Funktionärerna utvecklades av sina uppdrag, hade roligt och 8 av 10 vill göra det igen. Funktionsindelning Jamboreeorganisationen är indelad i fem funktioner med ansvar för olika delar av lägrets planering och genomförande: Mat – Mat till deltagare, funktionärer och försäljning, inklusive inköp och logistik Infra – Lägerområdets uppbyggnad, transporter, säkerhet mm Spontan – Hubbar för varje åldersgrupp och övriga allmänna ytor på lägerområdet Program – Schemalagda aktiviteter för deltagarna, inklusive stora scenevenemang Service & Kommunikation – kontakt och stöd till deltagande grupper, funktionärer och besökare Nu söker vi två ansvariga för klätterväggen och utsiktstornet! Om funktionen Spontan Funktionen Spontan har som uppgift att ge deltagare och ledare en bra upplevelse utanför de schemalagda programaktiviteterna. Det handlar om att skapa välplanerade allmänna ytor som ger möjlighet för scouter att träffa en ny kompis, handla och fika. Att att åldersgrupperna har en bra pedagogisk upplevelse på "sin yta på lägret, med mera. Sektionerna inom Spontan är: - Café & Försäljning: Café, kiosk, försäljning, sortiment, shopen, underhållning - Åldershubbar: Hubbar för upptäckare, äventyrare, utmanare, rover, ledare, funktionärer, underhållning - Gemensamma ytor & aktiviteter: Drop-in aktiviteter utanför hubbarna, besökare, utställare, scouternas nationella grupper. I detta uppdrag som ansvarig för klättervägg och utsiktstorn ingår bland annat: - Planering av- och samverkan kring utformning av klättervägg och utsiktstorn - Planering av drift och underhåll av klättervägg och utsiktstorn - Att leda arbetet vid klättervägg och utsiktstorn under genomförandefasen på Jamboree 26 Om rollen I uppdraget som ansvarig för klättervägg och klättertorn ingår att i delat ledarskap planera och vara delaktiga i bygget av klätterväggen och utsiktstornet på Jamboree 26. En stor del i planeringsarbetet innebär samverkan med den övriga jamboreeorganisationen. Du kommer att ingå i avdelningen Mötesplatser som finns i sektionen Gemensamma ytor i funktionen Spontan. Uppdraget sträcker sig till hösten 2026. Om erbjudandet Att ingå i planeringsteamet för jamboreen är ett relativt stort och krävande uppdrag - och samtidigt en spännande utmaning. Jamboreen driver den svenska scoutrörelsen framåt, i den riktning som fastställs i Scouternas strategi och styrelsens direktiv. Som ansvarig för klättervägg och utsiktstorn får du möjlighet att påverka hur vi skapar en extraordinär lägerupplevelse på nya höjder för lägrets deltagare. Scouterna står för alla kostnader i samband med aktiviteter och resor. Ditt engagemang och din tid är allt som behövs. Egenskaper och erfarenheter Eftersom rollen delas av två personer är det viktigt att ni två kompletterar varandra och tillsammans täcker upp de önskade kunskaperna och egenskaperna. Båda måste inte vara bra på allt, så länge ni är grymma tillsammans. Meriterande generella kunskaper och erfarenheter: - Erfarenhet av klättring och bygge av klättervägg, "grönt kort" är meriterande men inte ett krav - Erfarenhet av att leda andra i större projekt - Erfarenhet av att arbeta med information och/eller olika typer av service, antingen ideellt eller i arbetslivet - Personlig erfarenhet av att arrangera en jamboree eller liknande evenemang Egenskaper: - Förmåga att motivera och entusiasmera andra - Förmåga att se den stora bilden, att ha ett övergripande perspektiv - Kommunikativ och ha lätt för att samarbeta - Ett insiktsfullt och hållbart självledarskap - Flexibel och ha lätt för att samarbeta och uppmuntra till transparens - Förmåga att tänka visionärt och praktiskt Ansökan och kontaktuppgifter Låter rollen som ansvarig för klätterväggen intressant för dig?
