Profitabel. - Auf dem Weg zu 5x in 2026. Als Founders Associate wirst du direkt mit unseren Gründern zusammenarbeiten und verschiedenste Aufgabenfelder begleiten. Deine erste und definierende Mission: Die Recruiting-Maschine bauen, die PREDICTs Wachstum auf 1M/Monat befeuert. Wir werden dieses Jahr von 8 auf 20+ Leute skaliren. Das Produkt verkauft sich wie Warme Semmel. Bottleneck aktuell ist nicht Demand - sondern Talent Acquisition. Wir haben ausschließlich A-Player Team und möchten, dass es auch so bleibt. Deshalb brauchen wir jemanden, der unsere Recruiting-Engine End-to-End aufbaut, damit die Gründer sich auf den Business-Aufbau konzentrieren können. This is a high-impact leadership role for a collaborative, quality-driven radiologist who is passionate about advancing MSK imaging at scale. As Section Chief, you will lead the MSK service line by setting quality standards, developing reading protocols, and serving as the primary clinical resource for your team. You will spend the majority of your time actively reading cases, with a dedicated portion protected for section leadership, peer mentoring, and quality oversight.
