The Payroll Analyst for Sales Incentive Program is primarily responsible for payroll submission for Sales Incentive Compensation, and providing research, support, trouble shooting, and maintaining required, accurate files. Provides direction for the payroll processing for all assigned USF companies on the Workday payroll system for over $1.6 billion Annual Payroll. This position has been segmented as Remote Anywhere meaning the work is completed 100% remote anywhere in the U.S. except Hawaii or United States Territories. Responsibilities: - Supporting the Sales Incentive Compensation Team, this role researches, prepares, and assists the 60+ markets, Human Resources, Accounts Payable, Legal, and Benefits departments with Sales Incentive Compensation payroll that impacts employee reporting for weekly, bi-weekly, quarterly, and annual reports or calculations, including W-2 and W-2c. - Ensures all payroll-related tasks are completed in an accurate and timely manner to produce weekly, biweekly, quarterly, and annual payroll supporting 60+ markets with approximately 5,000+ associates including off-cycle check processing. - Responsible for timely and accurate processing of required payroll reports, data input, and weekly audit of payroll information entered according to our SOX and Internal Auditor requirements. - Provides a consistent, high-level of customer service. - Maintains well-documented and well-organized payroll records including the processing and maintaining of withholding orders. - Researches and corrects payroll errors to include balance adjustments, and manual check processing for over/under payments. - Processes off-cycles, termination pay, direct deposit forms and reversals, stop payments and other payroll payments. - Creates and modifies reports and queries to support department and market needs. - Other duties as assigned by manager Relationships: - Internal: Corporate Payroll, Centralized Payroll, Local Sales Leaders, Human Resources - External: Vendors and Consultants Minimum Qualifications: - Must possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in processing payroll - Experience in Excel, i.e., using advanced features, such as pivot tables, V-lookup - Must have familiarity with the various legal regulations governing payroll activities, including Federal and State information - Position requires the ability to work on a variety of projects with varying deadlines - Must have strong verbal and written communications skills - Proven ability to maintain a professional demeanor under pressure - Strong attention to detail, strong problem resolution skills, and the ability to maintain confidentiality - Advanced data entry skills - Proficiency with Word, Outlook, PowerPoint - 5% of travel may be needed based on business reasons Education: - High School Diploma or GED Preferred Qualifications: - Associates Degree - Experience with high volume, multi-state payroll processing - Workday, Kronos, or other payroll systems experience This role will also receive an annual incentive plan bonus. ​Benefits for this role may include health insurance, pre-tax spending accounts, retirement benefits, paid time off, short-term and long-term disability, employee stock purchase plan, and life insurance.
