• Leading the planning, execution, monitoring, and completion of projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards. • Contributing to complex technical projects, ensuring robust, secure, and scalable software solutions. • Mentoring and guiding junior engineers, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment. This includes delegating tasks, providing feedback, and facilitating team communication • Driving innovation by encouraging new ideas, shaping software development, and collaborating closely with product management to create user-centric solutions. • Developing and deploying cloud-native solutions using GitLab CI/CD to AWS, contributing to broader engineering strategy and cross-team collaboration. • Creating impact outside of your team by helping drive the Engineering strategy and contributing to cross-team collaboration through inter-team working groups or community guilds, among others.
Job Requirements
- A product-minded engineer who thinks from a user perspective, understanding both the how and why behind technical solutions
- Someone with deep knowledge of programming languages, frameworks, and best practices, with strong mastery of data structures, algorithms, and software architecture to build and scale cloud-based systems.
- A backend engineer with strong background experience in Golang, Java/Kotlin, or PHP (preferred technologies). Flexible and capable of adjusting to changing project requirements, roles, and backend technologies as needed.
- A problem solver who can break down complex challenges into manageable solutions using both analytical thinking and creativity.
- An effective communicator who can explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders while documenting technical specifications and processes clearly.
- A developer who believes in "you build it, you run it, you own it," ensuring high-quality code, debugging, optimization, and automation as key priorities.
- Someone with solid experience with relational and non-relational databases (MySQL, DynamoDB, Redis, Memcached) and a strong understanding of AWS cloud architecture and Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform, CloudFormation).
- A professional with experience in large-scale web applications, an economic-thinking mindset, and being able to design well-bounded domain systems.

We are looking for talented KYC Verification Specalist to join our team remotely. Monthly salary range: €1,500-€2,000 Work schedule: 4 days on, 4 days off. An option of 2 shifts to be permanently put on: 08:00-16:00 or 16:00-00:00 (Cyprus local time). Key Responsibilities: - Review, verify, and approve/reject customer identification documents (ID, selfie, POA, POF). - Ensure all documents are valid, legible, and compliant with internal KYC guidelines. - Work through a continuous queue of accounts efficiently while maintaining accuracy. - Flag inconsistencies, suspicious details, or incomplete submissions. - Escalate complex or unclear cases to senior team members or compliance when needed. - Maintain internal records and update verification statuses accurately. - Adhere to deadlines and productivity targets while ensuring high-quality work. - Stay familiar with verification requirements, document standards, and internal procedures. Experience & Qualifications - Minimum 3+ years of experience in KYC, identity verification, or document review is mandatory. - Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy. - Proficiency in written English with clear, professional communication. - Solid computer literacy and fast, consistent workflow in digital systems. - Ability to manage high-volume tasks while maintaining excellent quality. - Comfortable working independently in a structured, process-driven environment.
