Account Manager

Xceed

• Own client relationships: act as the trusted partner for our high-value clubs, festivals, and organizers, driving adoption, retention, and satisfaction. • Onboard and educate: deliver smooth onboarding and clear training, empowering clients to use XCEED PRO with confidence. • Support and problem-solve: provide timely, structured support, ensuring issues are resolved quickly and effectively. • Renew and grow accounts: manage standard renewals with a focus on retention and long-term value, escalating complex negotiations to Sales or other stakeholders when needed. • Analyze performance: monitor and report on client activity (performance metrics, account health…) and spot areas for improvements / action plans. • Collaborate cross-functionally: work closely with Sales, Operations, Product, Marketing and Finance to ensure clear alignment and deliver initiatives that meet client needs. • Improve how we work: contribute lightweight templates, checklists, or processes that reduce repeat questions and internal noise.

Job Requirements

  • Client ownership experience: experience managing clients, partners, or accounts in a structured way.
  • Backgrounds in SaaS, marketplaces, ticketing, hospitality tech, or operations-heavy roles are all relevant.
  • Exceptional communication: able to listen deeply, adapt your tone, and present solutions clearly and persuasively to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Analytical and structured mindset: comfortable working with spreadsheets, basic commercial math (fees, VAT, payouts), and account metrics.
  • Structured and proactive: skilled at managing multiple priorities with discipline, anticipating client needs rather than just reacting.
  • Commercial confidence: you understand the fundamentals of renewals and negotiation and can handle standard objections appropriately.
  • Tech environment fluency: comfortable working with SaaS tools, CRMs, and cross-functional teams.
  • Fluency in Italian or Spanish and English: additional languages are a plus.
  • Resilience and flexibility: available to support clients when they need you, including evenings or weekends if necessary around key events.
  • Team player: you bring humility, reliability, passion, and a good sense of humour!
