• Drive business development initiatives to expand market presence across LATAM regions • Identify, onboard, and grow relationships with Introducing Brokers (IBs), affiliates, partners, and high-value clients • Build and maintain long-term partnerships through continuous engagement, support, and tailored business solutions • Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, and Compliance teams to localize strategies and ensure regulatory alignment • Monitor and analyze regional performance metrics, client activity, and competitor trends • Represent the company at industry expos, networking events, and roadshows to enhance brand visibility • Work closely with retention and CRM teams to improve client experience and maximize lifetime value • Consistently achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets and KPIs • Stay updated on FX/CFD market trends, regulatory changes, and evolving client needs
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field
- 3–5 years of experience in business development, sales, or relationship management
- Prior experience in Forex, CFD, or fintech industry is highly preferred
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales reporting tools
- Working knowledge of trading platforms such as MetaTrader 4 / MetaTrader 5
- Fluency in English is required
- Additional languages such as Portuguese or Spanish are a strong advantage
