Job Description

Growth Marketing Manager

• Ship content fast and often • Use AI tools to draft social posts, landing pages, emails, blog posts, ads, and campaign materials • Rapidly test messaging angles and formats • Turn complex product features (stock, crypto, DAF giving) into simple, compelling stories • Maintain consistent brand voice across channels • Execute digital campaigns (email, SEO, paid, social) • Identify repeatable acquisition channels • Run experiments on a weekly basis • Optimize conversion across key moments in the donor journey • Track and report on KPIs (nonprofit signups, donor activity, repeat giving) • Use analytics tools to understand what’s working • Make data-informed recommendations and implement changes quickly • Work closely with Product to align launches with growth campaigns • Support Partnerships with marketing assets and collateral • Partner with Customer Support to identify friction points

Job Requirements

  • 3–5 years in growth marketing, digital marketing, or content-led growth in a B2B environment
  • Demonstrated ability to increase traffic, conversions, or engagement
  • Advanced comfort using AI tools to generate and refine marketing content
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience with analytics and marketing tools (Google Analytics, email platforms, social media platforms, CRMs, etc.)
  • Self-directed and comfortable operating without a heavy structure
  • Bonus if you:
  • Have worked at a startup, FinTech, or nonprofit tech company
  • Care deeply about social impact
  • Love experimenting with AI to improve workflows.
