Director, Enterprise Sales – Automotive Industry

TransPerfect

• Develop and execute a targeted sales strategy focused on key automotive accounts • Build and manage a pipeline of prospects using a mix of cold outreach, networking, referrals, events, and inbound interest • Understand each client’s business model, pain points, and global communication needs to recommend appropriate solutions • Present and promote TransPerfect’s full suite of services and technology platforms • Collaborate with internal solution specialists and production teams to build custom proposals and project budgets • Lead contract negotiations and pricing discussions • Maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers • Represent TransPerfect at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 6–10+ years of B2B sales experience, with a strong preference for experience in the automotive, mobility, or manufacturing sector
  • Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles and close multi-stakeholder deals
  • Strong consultative selling skills
  • Experience selling services or SaaS-based solutions to enterprise clients
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills (verbal and written)
  • Self-motivated, organized, and adaptable to change.
