Senior Frontend Engineer | AI Tracker
Positive
Our company Surfer is an AI Visibility Platform that helps marketing teams become the definitive answer wherever their buyers search — across Google and AI search. The platform combines data, research-backed optimization, and a user-friendly workflow to grow brand visibility through content where buying decisions start to form. Surfer is used by content marketers, SEO specialists, agencies, and in-house marketing teams around the world to track, plan, write, and optimize content that gets ranked and cited by both search engines and LLMs. Surfer is part of Positive Group - a fast-growing tech group specializing in B2B SaaS products that help marketing teams grow smarter. The group brings together several brands around a common ambition: to become the European benchmark in MarTech. With around 400 employees based in France, Germany, Italy, and Poland, Positive supports customers in 80+ countries. We’re a remote-first company, but if you ever crave some in-person energy, we’ve got a cozy office in Wrocław , Poland where the magic happens (and coffee never runs out ☕). Job Description Join the AI Tracker team – building Surfer’s AI-driven search visibility product. SEO is evolving. It’s no longer just about Google rankings — it’s about how brands appear inside LLM-generated answers. AI Tracker is our response to that shift. We build a product that monitors how LLMs talk about brands, analyzes AI visibility across queries, and turns raw AI data into actionable recommendations. This isn’t a pixel-perfect feature factory with a fixed roadmap. This is a product operating at the intersection of SEO, AI, LLMs and experimentation — where direction evolves as the market evolves. You Will Be Responsible For - Building and maintaining frontend features for AI Tracker in a rapidly evolving environment. - Designing AI-driven functionalities. - Ensuring code quality and flexibility as the product and backend evolve. - Collaborating closely with backend engineers and designers in a fast-iteration environment. - Contributing to LLM research and helping shape product direction. - Taking ownership from exploration to delivery. - Using AI coding tools effectively to speed up development. This role is not about polishing pixels for weeks. It’s about shipping, iterating, learning — and sometimes pivoting. You may be a good fit for this role if you - Have at least 7 years of experience in frontend engineering. - Have worked in dynamic, innovative product companies where there is no trade-off between speed and quality. - Have strong expertise in React, TypeScript, Apollo, and GraphQL. - Are comfortable working with evolving or partially defined backend APIs. - Can prototype quickly, even without finalized designs. - Thrive in dynamic environments without rigid roadmaps. - Are self-driven, proactive, and naturally take ownership. - Understand business context — not just technical implementation. - Have experience building AI-powered, user-facing products. - Communicate openly, challenge ideas constructively, and value collaboration. - Stay up to date with AI and LLM developments. - Use AI coding tools effectively and critically to improve productivity. Nice to Have - Experience with Node.js and Fastify. - Understanding of SEO or AI-driven search concepts. - Interest in automation and experimenting with AI agents in engineering workflows. What we offer: - Monthly Salary: 23 000 - 27 000 PLN + VAT on B2B contract - 27 days PTO per year. - Paid sick leave - your health comes first. - Medical insurance via SafetyWing. - Multisport card (50% covered). - Development budget: $1,000 annually for your growth and learning adventures. Location and Remote Work We’re a remote-first company, but if you ever crave some in-person energy, we’ve got a cozy office in Wrocław, Poland.
