The eCommerce Coordinator supports the execution and optimization of MaryRuth’s eCommerce operations across third-party marketplace platforms, such as Amazon, Walmart, TikTok Shop, and Shopify. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with strong organizational skills and a proactive approach to managing product listings, coordinating promotions, and tracking performance metrics. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and plays a key role in ensuring seamless execution of day-to-day eCommerce activities. This is a full-time (40 hr/wk), hourly, remote position with a compensation range of PHP 371-428 per hour (approximately PHP 64,307- 74,187 per month). This role will need to work a timezone aligned with the US (Eastern or Pacific preferred). Responsibilities - Support Marketplace Strategies - Assist in the implementation of strategies for marketing and selling products through e-commerce platforms to drive revenue, engagement, and brand awareness. - Manage Product Listings and Content - Optimize product listings with accurate information, engaging copy, and SEO-friendly keywords to enhance visibility and conversions. - Monitor Performance and Provide Insights - Track performance metrics such as sales, traffic, and engagement, sharing actionable insights to inform strategy and improve outcomes. - Product Listings Management - Update and maintain accurate product information across platforms, including images, descriptions, and pricing. - Campaign Coordination - Assist in executing promotions, product launches, and seasonal initiatives to align with overall business goals. - Performance Tracking and Reporting - Monitor key metrics, such as conversion rates and click-through rates, providing regular updates and identifying areas for improvement. - Customer Experience Support - Collaborate with the customer service team to address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and enhance the shopping experience. - Inventory Coordination - Work with the inventory and operations teams to ensure stock availability and minimize out-of-stock occurrences. Other responsibilities as assigned. - Some travel (<5%) may be required on an as needed basis, with advance notice provided to the employee. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field or equivalent experience. (preferred). - 1-3 years of experience in eCommerce coordination or a similar role; CPG experience ideal. - Experience with eCommerce platforms like Amazon, Walmart, TikTok, and Shopify (preferred). - Professional fluency in verbal and written English required. - Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for data tracking and reporting (required). - Familiarity with SEO tools and strategies for optimizing product listings (preferred). - Experience with project management tools like Asana or similar platforms (preferred). - Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to handle multiple priorities effectively. - Analytical mindset with attention to detail for monitoring and improving performance metrics. - Excellent communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and external partners. - Problem-solving skills to address operational challenges and ensure smooth processes. - Familiarity with marketplace advertising and campaign management is a plus. Physical Requirements - Must be able to exert up to 10 pounds of force occasionally or a negligible amount of force frequently to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects, including the human body. - This role involves sitting most of the time but may also involve moving for brief periods of time.
