Ecommerce Site Manager, Shopify

• Own and manage the Shopify ecosystem, ensuring seamless execution of homepage updates, landing pages, merchandising, and content updates • Optimize site architecture and UX to drive conversion, AOV, increase LLM visibility and customer lifetime value • Oversee theme updates, app integrations, and site performance enhancements • Manage on-page SEO, technical SEO (structured data, canonical tags, meta content), and ensure product pages are search optimized • Monitor and optimize site speed, Core Web Vitals, and Lighthouse scores across desktop and mobile • Own product catalog management including SKU setup, collections, taxonomy, product imagery specs, and data accuracy • Ensure site compliance with ADA/WCAG accessibility standards • Execute & manage the promotional calendar in partnership with Growth and Forecasting teams • Execute pricing updates, promotions, and campaign launches with flawless accuracy and ensuring syndicated platforms are in sync • Execute bundling strategies (product bundles, starter kits, seasonal offers) to increase AOV • Propose, implement and optimize upsell and cross-sell programs (PDP, cart, post-purchase) • Own and optimize subscription experience (Recharge or similar platform experience strongly preferred) • Support subscription acquisition, retention, and churn mitigation strategies as directed by Growth leadership • Track and report on key ecommerce KPIs: conversion rate, AOV, revenue per session, LTV • Build dashboards and conduct ongoing analysis to identify growth opportunities • Partner with Growth team to support A/B tests and personalization strategies • Continuously monitor site performance and troubleshoot issues in partnership with IT and channel leads • Partner with Marketing, Product, IT, Customer Service, and Supply Chain to ensure flawless execution of campaigns, pricing, product launches, and inventory accuracy • QA all assets (creative, copy, product imagery, pricing) before publishing • Manage online production calendar and ensure on-time delivery of initiatives • Support evaluation and optimization of ecommerce tools and platforms • Oversee external vendors and agencies tasked with website issues • Support multi market site operations including localization, multi currency configuration, and region specific merchandising • Benchmark best-in-class consumer tech and DTC ecommerce brands • Recommend and implement innovative features to improve UX and performance • Support ecommerce roadmap execution as defined by business growth objectives

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of ecommerce site management experience, with deep expertise in Shopify (required)
  • Direct experience with subscription platforms (Recharge strongly preferred)
  • Strong experience executing theme changes, promotional campaigns, merchandising strategy, and revenue-driving initiatives
  • Proven track record building high-converting, upsell-optimized ecommerce experiences
  • Experience developing bundling, cross-sell, and upsell strategies
  • Strong analytical background with experience in Google Analytics, Shopify Analytics, and BI tools (Tableau a plus)
  • Experience with CRO and user behaviour tools (Hotjar, Clarity, VWO or similar)
  • Experience managing multiple sites across markets or brands
  • Working knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, CSS, and UX best practices
  • Exceptional cross-functional project management and communication skills
  • Data-driven mindset with relentless focus on business impact
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
  • Familiarity with Shopify Liquid templating and the broader Shopify app ecosystem (e.g., Klaviyo, Rebuy, Replo, Shopify Collective, KnoCommerce, etc)
  • Experience with site migrations, replatforming, or major theme overhauls a plus
