Performance Media Analyst

• Ongoing communication and alignment in English with our international partners; • Develop and implement effective digital marketing strategies across multiple channels, such as Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, TikTok, and programmatic platforms, optimizing results and aligning with business goals; • Prepare reports and perform QA (quality assurance) according to the needs of each project.

Job Requirements

  • Advanced or fluent English: essential for effective communication in an international environment and with global stakeholders;
  • Experience managing paid media campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok, Pinterest, and programmatic platforms;
  • Experience creating and managing ads: develop and optimize performance ads using CPC/PPC models;
  • Data-driven: analyze paid campaign results to support strategic decisions and optimizations to improve performance;
  • Responsible: maintain organization in daily routines, ensuring tasks and processes are completed within established deadlines;
  • Accountability for deadlines: commitment to delivering work on time with quality results;
  • Proactive: willingness to self-develop by actively participating in trainings and seeking new knowledge needed for project success.
