Senior Technical Account Manager – Security
Akamai Technologies
• Serving as the dedicated technical resource, assisting the customer with optimal platform configuration and use case strategy to drive maximum value • Aggregating technical challenges and collaborate with Guardicore's services and support teams to ensure speedy resolution • Building a complete picture and success plan of a customer's environment, processes and deployment characteristics • Becoming the internal champion and voice of the customer, liaising with product, support, services, and other teams for long term success • Maintaining operational excellence, managing to key KPIs including Net and Gross Retention, NPS, and Customer Health • Working remotely with our customers with the ability to travel on-site when required
Job Requirements
- Have 8 years of relevant experience in Enterprise Networking, CyberSecurity or DevOps, in a customer facing role
- Demonstrate a working knowledge of networking protocols and basic cybersecurity principles
- Have troubleshooting and deployment experience with Windows and Linux environments and building solutions with basic scripting and API (i.e. Python, REST)
- Have proven experience in developing productive relationships with multiple levels in an organization, through CISO to Engineers
- Demonstrate communication and presentation skills with passion and excitement for learning and embracing new technologies
- Possess CISSP/ CCSP/ CISM/ CEH/ CCIE Security or any of following from GIAC (GCIA/GCIH/GCED/GMON)
- Able to speak and write in fluent Korean and English for business communication
