HVAC BAS Operator – Building Engineer

JCI

• Maintain and monitor the performance of the Building Automation and Control Systems • Validates equipment and system alarms • Continuously monitors the Facility Control Systems, primarily using Metasys • Conducts shift turn over meetings • Completes shift reports and logs

Job Requirements

  • Active Department of Defense Top Secret (or higher clearance) or one that was active within the last 2 years
  • Knowledge and competency of HVAC principles
  • Knowledge and proficiency using a computer
