Mid-level Business Intelligence Analyst

• Integrate, organize, and process data from different systems, internal databases, and external sources; • Clean, validate, and structure data, ensuring integrity and reliability; • Automate extraction routines and database updates; • Produce descriptive, diagnostic, and predictive analyses to support decision-making; • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for business units; • Develop comparative studies, trend analyses, forecasts, and scenario models; • Create and maintain interactive dashboards and management-oriented reports; • Support the definition of targets, performance monitoring, and results evaluation; • Identify opportunities for synergy between business units; • Participate in corporate projects, providing analyses and analytical models for strategic support.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or related fields;
- Ability to perform critical analysis and to solve moderately complex problems;
- Advanced Excel;
- Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar);
- Strong knowledge of data analysis and statistics;
- Knowledge of SQL for querying and manipulating data;
- Experience with data integration and ETL routines;
- Experience in modeling and monitoring indicators and KPIs;
- Knowledge of business processes;
- Good communication skills and the ability to use data storytelling;
- Knowledge of project management and demand prioritization.
