Job Description

Senior Analyst, Executive Compensation

Danaher Corporation

• Administering programs and conducting analysis related to merit, bonus and equity for our VP+ associate population • Interact and present to high-level executives • Prepare materials for the Board of Directors’ Compensation Committee • Liaise with internal and external partners to fulfill all the duties of the executive compensation function • Partner with Total Rewards team associates to deliver best-in-class programs • Manage relationships with external parties to provide market insight and build expertise • Conduct research and analysis to facilitate informed decision-making and maximize returns on executive program design, features, and benefits • Support special projects to enhance internal processes and drive effective metric measurement

Job Requirements

  • BA or BS from an accredited university in finance, business administration, HR, economics, or related field; MBA a plus
  • At least 3 to 5 years of compensation-related experience, either in a corporate (publicly listed) or consulting setting
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to analyze data, assess trends, and interpret compensation metrics and survey data
  • Solid understanding of financial statements, markets, compensation structures, and regulatory environment, including SEC reporting requirements related to executive compensation
  • Experience with HRIS (WorkDay a plus) and expert level of analytical and presentation tools (MS Office Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Ability to travel – Approximately once a quarter to attend conferences, company events or training, team meetings and/or meetings with other stakeholders
  • World at Work Certified Compensation Professional (CCP), Global Remuneration Professional (GRP) and/or Certified Executive Compensation Professional (CECP) Certified Equity Professional (CEP) is a plus.
