• Preencher e manter atualizada a planilha de monetização de leads junto ao líder da área. • Agendar e configurar campanhas de SMS e E-mail nas plataformas, seguindo os processos definidos. • Executar aplicações e manutenções de contingência das plataformas de sms e email • Garantir a estabilidade operacional das campanhas, monitorando: • Análise, Controle e Report • Coletar dados das campanhas de SMS & E-mail • Organizar informações de performance (envios, custo, receita, AOV, ROI básico) • Reportar diariamente status das campanhas, contingência, demandas em andamento, impeditivos ou riscos operacionais
