• Implement and maintain standardized sales processes across the Commercial East region. • Reinforce clear definitions for pipeline stages, forecast categories, commit criteria, and CRM hygiene expectations. • Conduct regional process inspections and partner with Sales leadership to address gaps or inconsistencies. • Support process onboarding for new sellers, leaders, and support staff. • Facilitate the weekly forecasting process, ensuring data integrity, consistent methodology, and structured deal inspection. • Monitor pipeline health, including coverage, aging, push trends, and deal flow. • Prepare region-specific forecast summaries and insights for the RVP and leadership reviews. • Provide analysis and recommendations that improve forecast accuracy and predictability. • Maintain and distribute regional dashboards covering pipeline, bookings, forecast variance, productivity metrics, and performance KPIs. • Analyze sales performance trends and provide actionable insights to support decision-making. • Partner with Finance, Services, Strategy, IT, Marketing, and other teams to resolve operational issues affecting sales execution.
