Job Description We’re looking for a Project Manager who thrives on bringing structure to complex projects and turning ideas into well-executed results. You’ll play a key role in delivering our projects, working closely with designers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure everything runs smoothly from kickoff to launch. Qualifications What you’ll do - Own and drive projects end-to-end, from request intake and planning through execution and delivery - Translate business and marketing needs into clear tasks, priorities, timelines, and actionable plans - Manage a high volume of parallel requests coming from different internal teams and channels, while keeping focus on business priorities - Keep designers, developers, and stakeholders aligned, ensuring work is well-tracked, visible, and moving forward - Be hands-on with project tracking and workflow management, especially in Atlassian tools, to bring consistency and structure across the team - Help create and maintain strong delivery habits, making sure tasks, updates, dependencies, and follow-ups do not fall through the cracks - Build strong working relationships with internal stakeholders and approach requests with a solution-oriented, one-team mindset - Adapt quickly when priorities shift and help the team respond effectively to urgent or last-minute needs - Identify risks, blockers, or inefficiencies early and proactively help resolve them - Support a positive, collaborative team environment by caring not only about delivery, but also about team spirit, communication, and shared success - Continuously improve processes and ways of working to help the team operate more efficiently What we’re looking for - Experience managing tech-driven digital projects in a dynamic, high-volume environment - Strong ability to stay productive, focused, and organized while handling many small parallel requests and ongoing communication streams - Confidence working with Atlassian tools, especially Jira and Confluence, and using them to drive transparency, prioritization, and accountability - Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail and follow-through - A hands-on, hardworking, and dependable mindset — someone who takes ownership and keeps things moving - Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders - A goal-oriented and collaborative approach to stakeholder management: you see internal stakeholders as partners, not as “clients,” and you focus on finding ways to make things happen - Ability to balance structure with flexibility, especially when supporting evolving marketing and promotional needs - Genuine motivation to work in the gaming industry, contribute to the team’s growth, and help build a strong, trusted function within the company - A team-oriented attitude with care for people, morale, and healthy collaboration, not only task assignment and status tracking - Familiarity with Agile/Scrum ways of working is a plus - English level: Upper-Intermediate or higher, comfortable in meetings and written communication - Experience in the gaming industry is a strong plus Benefits: - Join a top global mobile and video games publisher using the latest technologies. - Work with a talented international team in a friendly, creative environment. - Gain experience in the fast-paced and innovative video games industry. - Contribute to high-ranking products recognized worldwide. - Grow your career with dynamic promotions and global opportunities..
