• The Project Manager coordinates and executes technical project activities to ensure outcomes are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. • This role focuses on project execution, client communication, and coordination of resources across multiple teams. • The Project Manager contributes to project profitability by managing scope and ensuring efficient project delivery. • Plan, coordinate, and facilitate multiple technical projects with varying clients and staff. • Establish project work plans and request required project resources. • Outline project tasks, assign resources, and develop project schedules. • Provide leadership and ownership of the project throughout its duration. • Manage and lead project assigned resources to completion of projects including post project reviews. • Continually evaluate the progress of on-going projects to ensure cost and time projections align with initial project outcomes. • Provide outstanding communication and customer services to clients throughout the project.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering or a related field -OR- equivalent experience
  • MBA or equivalent preferred
  • Project Management certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, CAPM, LSSGB preferred
  • ITIL, Lean Six Sigma certification preferred
  • 3+ years of relevant work experience in project management or a related field
  • Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects from initiation to closure, meeting project objectives, scope, budget, and schedule.
  • Experience leading cross-functional project teams and collaborating with stakeholders at various levels.
  • Proficiency in using project management tools and software.
  • Familiarity with industry-specific practices, regulations, or standards related to the projects being managed.
  • Experience with project management methodologies.
