Learn more at www.stradaglobal.com What You’ll Do Payroll & HR Reporting - Generate and review Fatal Error Reports before and after each payroll run. - Run the HR Validation Report twice daily (8:00 AM and 3:00 PM). - Complete the daily Zauditi Report review. - Prepare and distribute the Daily Workload Report via email. - Produce the Individual Benefit Change Report each day. - Send the Combined Benefit Change Report to appropriate stakeholders. HRX Ticket Management - Process and resolve HRX tickets within established service standards. - Perform peer quality reviews of Legislative HRX tickets to ensure compliance and accuracy. - Partner with the Special Handling team to resolve escalated or complex ticket issues. Stakeholder Support & Communication - Assist APOs with inquiries related to HR, benefits, or payroll processes. - Reach out to APOs as needed to clarify data corrections or support ticket resolutions. Data Analysis & Administrative Support - Produce spreadsheets, analysis, and ad‑hoc reporting for executive and departmental leadership. - Participate in biweekly IT meetings every other Thursday from 2:30–3:00 PM. DRE Testing - Develop DRE (Data Reliability & Evaluation) testing scenarios related to departmental processes. - Execute and document testing activities during scheduled DRE cycles. What You Bring - Experience with payroll systems preferred. - Strong analytical, reporting, and data validation skills. - High attention to detail and accuracy. - Ability to prioritize and manage recurring deadlines effectively. - Strong written and verbal communication skills. - Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. • Provide support and maintenance for TOTVS RM – People Management modules, ensuring continuity of HR processes • Analyze and resolve incidents by implementing fixes and addressing user requests • Support system improvements and upgrades, ensuring compliance with labor legislation • Serve as the focal point between HR, IT, and vendors to ensure alignment and delivery efficiency

• Lead the design, implementation, and management of comprehensive monitoring, evaluation, accountability, and learning systems for the PIVOT-TPT project. • Ensure rigorous data generation, quality assurance, and actionable insights for program improvement and donor accountability. • Work closely with the Project Lead, State Operations teams, NTEP officials, private provider partners, and other key stakeholders. • Establish an integrated data ecosystem that captures performance across the full TPT care cascade. • Design a comprehensive MEL framework aligned with TIFA and NTEP guidelines, including data collection tools, management protocols, and QA procedures. • Conduct monthly KPI analyses with narrative reports on trends, bottlenecks, and corrective recommendations. • Design and launch a real-time interactive dashboard linking project MIS with Ni-kshay for live KPI tracking. • Consolidate and validate monthly data from all project partners and Ni-kshay to produce standardized performance reports.
