Job Requirements
- Prior experience in Talent Acquisition (in-house or agency).
- Proven end-to-end recruitment experience, partnering with Hiring Managers across multiple regions.
- Strong track record managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from kickoff through to offer and close.
- Deep understanding of recruitment best practices, with the confidence to uphold and advocate for high-quality hiring standards.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build trust, tell compelling stories, and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience promoting diversity of thought and inclusive hiring practices.
- Proficiency in sourcing through social platforms, particularly LinkedIn.
