PHP Developer – Senior

• Develop technological solutions, ensuring functionality, maintainability, and performance through software development best practices. • Ensure technical solutions are aligned with business/product strategy and Corporate Architecture guidelines. • Understand the impact of the solutions the team develops on end users. • Assist the team in designing solutions with an evolvable architecture. • Continuously investigate new technologies and ways of working, discussing organization-wide adoption through experimentation and collaboration with Corporate Architecture. • Collaborate on the development of the team’s technical skills and continuous improvement efforts that impact other teams. • Monitor the performance of the products/systems for which the team is responsible. • Be alert to opportunities and potential issues, acting quickly and effectively, and developing preventive solutions. • Help mentor and guide more junior developers.
Job Requirements
- Experience in PHP development, HTML/CSS/jQuery, Git, Docker, Oracle, and MySQL;
- Ability to develop and implement APIs;
- Solid theoretical background, skill, and commitment to technical excellence and development best practices (DDD, TDD, distributed architecture, code design, paradigms, CI/CD pipelines, etc.);
- Familiarity with agile methodologies;
- Pragmatic approach to problem solving.
