Job Description
Software Developer – Backend, API Focus
Zuri Group
• Design and implement enhancements and updates to an existing software platform; • Develop and maintain robust, well-documented APIs; • Collaborate on database schema design and performance optimization; • Write clean, maintainable, and testable code using modern backend frameworks, such as Node.js, Nest.js, and/or Typescript; • Participate in technical design discussions and contribute to architectural decisions; • Troubleshoot, debug, and improve system reliability and performance; and • Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience designing and implementing backend services and APIs;
- Experience building applications using NestJS or a comparable Node.js framework;
- Understanding of and exposure to API architecture and development (RESTful services, versioning, authentication, etc.);
- Experience working with PostgreSQL or another relational database;
- Experience with Azure or another major cloud platform;
- Experience working with and improving existing systems, not just greenfield development;
- Highly analytical, technically proficient, and able to learn new tools and software quickly.
- Drive to solve problems efficiently and creatively on your own within delivery timelines.
- Experience developing with a focus on prioritizing clean architecture, documentation, and long-term maintainability

Role Description We are looking for a professional Embedded Software Engineer to execute complete embedded software development lifecycle. The goal is to create scalable and optimized software systems. - Design and implement software of embedded devices and systems from requirements to production and commercial deployment. - Design, develop, code, test and debug system software. - Review code and design. - Analyze and enhance efficiency, stability and scalability of system resources. - Integrate and validate new product designs. - Support software QA and optimize I/O performance. - Provide post-production support. - Interface with hardware design and development. - Assess third party and open source software.
