Role Description As a Compliance Analyst (for Due Diligence), you enjoy digging in to ensure loan files and fees are accurate and compliant with regulatory standards. You understand what is needed to properly investigate and validate apparent regulatory compliance violations. To ensure a smooth transition from Compliance Analysis to Credit Review and beyond, you enjoy cross-functional collaboration with our Data Capture, Credit Review and Transaction Management teams. Role Description The FLA seeks a temporary Program Officer, Social Compliance for a period of 9-12 months to support the FLA Accreditation and Fair Compensation teams. The Program Officer, Social Compliance participates in member company accreditations and is responsible for: - Supporting the ongoing evaluations of companies in the Accreditation Program. - Supporting the research and development of social compliance programs, including fair compensation and gender equity. - Reviewing and analyzing public reports related to the independent workplace assessments conducted by the FLA. - Contributing to the smooth operations of the Social Compliance department. This position is remote and can be based in any location in the U.S. in the following states: CA, CT, DC, FL, GA, IL, MA, MD, NC, NJ, NV, NY, OH, OR, PA, TX, VA, VT, or WA. Qualifications - Strong commitment to the mission of the FLA to protect workers’ rights and conduct due diligence on affiliated businesses and their respective supply chains.
