• Ensure accurate financial tracking and compliance of funded projects, supporting clients in the correct execution and justification of public funding. • Monitor project budgets and perform financial tracking and cost control • Analyze budget deviations and ensure eligibility of costs under funding rules • Prepare and review financial justifications and cost reports for funding bodies • Support the technical and administrative follow-up of ongoing projects • Coordinate with clients to collect financial and project-related documentation • Ensure compliance with financial requirements of grants and subsidies • Contribute to the preparation of proposals (budgeting, cost structure, support in documentation) • Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a consulting environment

• Ensure that EU-funded projects are financially sound, compliant, and audit-ready, while supporting clients in navigating complex funding rules and administrative processes • Manage financial and administrative follow-up of EU-funded projects (Horizon Europe, H2020, LIFE, EDF) • Prepare and review financial statements, cost reports, and supporting documentation • Ensure compliance with EU eligibility rules (personnel, subcontracting, indirect costs, etc.) • Act as main client contact for financial and administrative topics • Support and coordinate audits and reviews (CFS, EC audits) • Monitor budgets, cost allocation, and project spending • Guide clients on best practices in grant management and compliance • Coordinate with internal consultants and external project partners

• Lead and contribute to the writing of high-quality proposals (Erasmus+, Horizon Europe Cluster 2) • Structure and develop project concepts, work packages, and impact sections • Coordinate international consortia and manage partner inputs during proposal preparation • Identify relevant funding opportunities aligned with client and partner needs • Support business development activities, including partner outreach and opportunity scouting • Contribute to budget design and resource planning • Ensure compliance with EU programme requirements and evaluation criteria • Continuously improve internal proposal quality and win-rate strategies
