IT Project Manager

• Develop a strong understanding of Bridge’s SaaS platform to confidently run demos and guide clients through product functionality • Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders • Participate in requirements gathering, deeply understand client needs, and act as the primary bridge between clients and the technical team • Own day-to-day project execution, ensuring milestones, dependencies, and deadlines are met • Maintain clear, empathetic, and proactive communication with clients, account managers, leadership, and technical teams • Monitor project health, identify risks early, and implement mitigation strategies before issues escalate • Provide regular project updates and reporting to clients and internal leadership, escalating risks when needed • Coordinate internal resources and facilitate collaboration to remove blockers and keep projects moving forward • Build trusted relationships with new and existing clients, acting as the main point of contact during onboarding and delivery • Identify opportunities to add value for clients and support account growth through upsell or expansion initiatives • Assist with proposal creation and support business development efforts when required • Lead project closure, prepare final reports, analyze outcomes, and surface opportunities for continuous improvement

Job Requirements

  • At least 4+ years of experience in IT Project Management, preferably within B2B SaaS or software-driven environments
  • Experience working with U.S.-based clients; familiarity with healthcare environments is a strong plus
  • Fluency in English and Spanish, with the ability to communicate clearly with U.S. clients and development teams in Argentina
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with disciplined documentation and reporting habits
  • Solid experience working with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies
  • Hands-on experience using JIRA or similar project management tools
  • Comfortable working with Gantt charts, technical documentation, and high-level software architecture concepts
  • A proactive mindset, strong ownership mentality, and the ability to manage multiple projects in parallel

Role Description The Technical Project Manager (TPM) is responsible for planning, executing, and delivering complex clinical trial technology implementations for life sciences customers. This role sits within the Professional Services organization and serves as the primary point of coordination across customers, internal delivery teams, and third-party vendors.
