Job Title Technical Account Manager - East or South (Remote Based) Job Description Technical Account Manager, East or South ( Remote Based ) Serve as the trusted technical leader for major healthcare accounts, proactively managing system performance, strengthening stakeholder relationships, and driving stability, innovation, and long-term customer success across Philips’ managed services solutions. Your role: - Serve as a single point of contact to ensure systems are healthy and up and running - Provide regular updates on solution performance - Monitors trends in case management & engages with customer support to drive resolution to ensure speedy resolution of escalated customer issues You're the right fit if: - 5+ years’ experience in complex health system IT environments - 3+ years’ experience in consultative, post-sales enterprise solutions using client/server architecture. Additional experience in supporting clinical and/or health care applications a plus. - 3+ years’ experience planning and implementing large software installations or managing them after installation. - Extensive knowledge of medical imaging systems, DICOM, and HL7 messaging standards. - You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Philips Transparency Details The pay range for this position is 90,000/yr-150,000/yr The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.   In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered. At Philips, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each case. Qualifications - Fluent at native level in Spanish (C1), advanced English (B2) proficiency with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication. - Proven experience in influencer or creator management, partnerships, or community management, ideally within iGaming, entertainment, or the streaming industry. - Strong understanding of streaming platforms such as Twitch, YouTube, and Kick, as well as the broader creator ecosystem. - Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills with the ability to maintain long-term partnerships. - Strong organisational and project management skills, with experience delivering campaigns, incentive programs, or creator collaborations. - Analytical mindset with the ability to track, interpret, and report on streamer performance and engagement metrics. - Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and adapt in a fast-paced environment. - Creative and proactive approach to identifying opportunities and solving problems. - Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish, both written and verbal; Portuguese is a plus. - Passion for online gaming, streaming culture, and digital communities. - Flexibility to occasionally work outside standard hours to align with streamer schedules and events. - Willingness to travel for creator events, conferences, or activations.
