• Ensure business requirements are documented to the correct level of detail to facilitate development. • Document/define functional and business requirements for claims adjudication system. • Work toward becoming a subject matter expert (SME) for PBM functionality and processes. • Partner with IT and Software Development organizations to provide business direction and clarify any lack of understanding in that direction. • Help deliver specific initiatives as assigned by PBM Senior Management (LOB and Corporate) in the requirements development process. • Work with the Primary departmental point of contact for researching regulatory and industry initiatives and their impact on future system enhancements as needed. • Review Development Requests and make recommendations to help ensure consistency and compliance with NCPDP standards.

• Must have Good understanding of Cross Border Payments, Global Transaction Banking, Remittances, Cash Management, Trade Finance and FX, including FX Forwards. • Drive the implementation for any fintech Product set acting as PM for TBFX. • Good Knowledge and understanding of Transaction Banking business across FI and Corporates, along with primary level of knowledge of markets, Forex flow business. • Help Develop and document business strategy for the Transaction Banking FX product proposition. • Work with external partners which help enhance the product offering and client experience. • Good presentation skills along with the deep knowledge of all business tools i.e. Excel, Workflow Tools , power point etc. • Defining business requirements and reporting them back to stakeholders. • Work with various stakeholders (other TB product managers, Financial market product managers, coverage and sales partners) to co-create and develop unique TBFX related solutions. • Expert in FX and payment pricing impact pricing for bulk payment and real time payment. • Excellent understanding of managing FX risk and settlement risk. • Excellent understanding on payment rail and payment settlement mechanism.

Must Have Qualifications: - Business Analysis & Requirements Management (3-5 years) o Hands‑on experience leading requirements discovery, process mapping, business rules, user stories, acceptance criteria, and stakeholder alignment in operational or analytics‑driven programs. - Power BI Reporting & Analytics (3-5 years) o Proven ability to design, build, and maintain Power BI dashboards and scorecards, including data modeling concepts, measures, validation, and delivery of executive‑ready reporting. - Microsoft Data Platforms (Dataverse, Fabric, Excel) (3-5 years) o Practical experience working with Dataverse tables, data quality controls, and Excel‑based inputs, with familiarity coordinating reporting pipelines, refresh cadence, and semantic models in Microsoft Fabric.
