Functional Analyst
SysMap Solutions
• Work on technology solutions involving data and transactional products, acting as the bridge between the business and technology teams; • Lead discussions with stakeholders to gather needs, define requirements and prioritize requests; • Support the digital product lifecycle from ideation through maintenance, ensuring strategic alignment and adherence to business needs; • Map business rules, define user stories, acceptance criteria and user flows; • Deliver executive presentations to stakeholders and leadership; • Facilitate agile ceremonies, collaborating closely with technology teams and end users; • Define and monitor product KPIs and metrics, driving continuous improvements and contributing to the evolution of data and product governance.
Job Requirements
- Completed higher education (Bachelor's degree);
- Strong experience in digital product management or product analysis with a technological interface;
- Experience with agile methodologies, such as Scrum, Kanban or similar;
- Ability to map business rules, understand business area needs and translate them into clear functional requirements for development and IT teams;
- Knowledge of Salesforce;
- Familiarity with programming or query languages such as SQL, Python or similar;
- Understanding of systems architecture and integrations, such as APIs and data flows.
