Next Level Duties: - Conduct legal research on topics such as hospitality law, employment law, intellectual property, and regulatory compliance. - Develop institutional knowledge and awareness and establish strong professional relationships with colleagues across the Portfolio to gather information and facilitate legal processes. - Provide general administrative support to the legal team, such as scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence. - Monitor changes in laws and regulations affecting the hotel industry and update relevant stakeholders as needed. Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in paralegal studies, legal studies, or related field preferred. - Familiarity with contract management systems & document automation is a plus. - Ability to travel occasionally to assist with training, due diligence, transitions, etc.
