Summary: The Digital Marketing & Web Analytics Specialist plays a key role in optimizing YA’s digital presence through marketing automation, reporting, and website performance improvements. Reporting to the Web Development & Digital Marketing Manager, this role blends technical expertise with strategic thinking across SEO/SEM, analytics, marketing operations, and web publishing.
