Building best in class CDP for collecting, unifying, and connecting customer data leveraging capabilities that will allow proper segmentation, data privacy management and will enable personalization. All of that in a easy to integrate way for external partners working on top class consumer experiences. Person in this role will partner with Data & Analytics, CRM/ESP, Social and Paid Media teams. How you will contribute - Collect requirements from regional and local teams when it comes to Consumer Data - translating business requirements to technical scope - Collaborates with stakeholders and different teams (global, regional and local) from the organization to collect data, identify gaps, conduct ideation session and create functional requirements. - Create, manage and keep up to date product roadmaps, feature backlogs and product documentation such as user stories, use cases, user flows, logic flows, and functional specifications - Collaborates with Architecture team, Application/Platform, Technical Product teams to make right technology choices (including build vs buy approach) - Be very creative and curious and make regular contributions for new product ideas based on market need, usage conclusions and industry trends - Champion customer data platform workshops and user adoption - Understand the technology stack, dependencies between applications and how the data flows between them - Partners with Integration Lead and other Product Leads across Consumer data ecosystem (Consumer Data Lake, Marketing orchestration, SaaS/custom capabilities, Consumer Privacy) - Accountable for Product quality (defines Product goals and KPIs, ongoing support), Product budget and ensures all work implemented with quality, meeting performance, security & privacy needs - Create document user cases, products, and supporting data requirements - Collaborates with internal Infosec and Privacy teams to ensure key standards implemented according to Mondelēz policies to ensure data is securely collected leveraging privacy by design best practices. What you will bring - Previous experience in CDP area (ideally in CPG industry), data-driven marketing, analytics, and digital transformation. - Experience in establishing and operating IT Products, Martech experiences - Experience with Agile development methodologies - Experience in managing technical teams (internal or external) to achieve Win-Win partnerships - Ability to understand, explain and present technical ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences - Ability to set strategic direction and drive execution through collaboration with a cross-functional team. - Strong collaboration skills, proactively sharing observations & improvements areas, problem solving skills, attention to details, can-do attitude - Curiosity and energy to continually learn new marketing technologies and stay apprised of security and regulatory changes. - Fluent in English Nice to have: - Certifications in ITIL, SAFe Agile - Familiar with basics of cloud environments (e.g. Google Cloud Platform) Relocation Support Available?
