What you'll do: We are seeking a strategic, relationship-driven Director of Partnerships to lead the growth and development of our NT Connect partner ecosystem. This role will be instrumental in launching and scaling our new B2B business focused on empowering the next wave of new entrants into the derivatives space. You will own partnership strategy and execution end-to-end, operating at the intersection of strategy, sales, and execution in a fast-moving, build-stage environment. This is a highly visible role with direct impact on revenue growth, market expansion, and the overall success of NT Connect. In this role you will: - Develop and execute the end-to-end partnership strategy for NT Connect aligned with business objectives, revenue targets, and long-term growth - Source, pitch, and close new B2B partnerships targeting both established brokers and non-traditional or first-time entrants into the derivatives ecosystem - Build a scalable, repeatable partner acquisition model including market segmentation, outbound strategy, pitch materials, and commercial frameworks - Establish and maintain trusted senior-level relationships with partners - Lead partnership negotiations, structuring mutually beneficial commercial terms and long-term strategic agreements - Develop and maintain comprehensive partner-facing sales collateral and FAQs to support sales and activation - Collaborate cross-functionally with Onboarding, Operations, Support, Compliance, Legal, Product, and Engineering to deliver a seamless partner experience from introduction through launch and scale - Drive partner performance by identifying and supporting revenue-generating initiatives, platform adoption, and partner growth opportunities - Represent NT Connect externally at events, conferences, and industry forums to promote brand awareness and new opportunities - Own and report on KPIs for pipeline health, signed partner velocity, and partner activation, presenting insights and recommendations to executive leadership - Translate insights from the partnership pipeline into action by shaping product roadmap decisions, operational improvements, and compliance initiatives based on prospective partner feedback and market trends What you'll need: - 5+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, and/or sales within B2B fintech or brokerage - Deep understanding of the futures industry, FCM operations, and the Introducing Broker model preferred - Demonstrated success sourcing, negotiating, and scaling complex B2B partnerships - Commercial mindset with the ability to craft compelling, differentiated value propositions for diverse partner profiles - Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills - Excellent presentation and communication skills with the ability to engage at the C-Suite level and simplify complex topics for new entrants - Data-driven operator with experience owning KPIs, forecasting, and executive-level reporting - Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for building new programs, processes, and partnerships from the ground up - Experience operating within a fast-paced, early-stage startup or business unit is a strong plus Compensation: The salary range for this role will be $145,000.00 - $195,000.00 USD. In addition, this position will also receive an annual target bonus of 15%. Bonus pay at NinjaTrader is based on individual performance (50%) as well as company/team performance (50%). Salary and bonus earnings are only two components of the total compensation package offered by NinjaTrader. NinjaTrader offers a 401K plan through ADP under which the company will match up to 3.5% of employee contributions. Annual paid time off allowance accrues at a rate of 23 days per year (some positions may qualify for more) plus seven paid holidays. Location: This role is based in Chicago, IL. *There may be remote flexibility for exceptional candidates in the following states: California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Minnesota, Missouri, Montana, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Oregon, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Texas, Utah, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, Washington DC, Wisconsin. Hybrid: For Chicago-based employees, we follow a hybrid work schedule: In-office Tuesday through Thursday, with remote work on Mondays and Fridays.
