This position is the starting point for a career in Product Management, with many BAs moving up to Product Manager within a few years. What you'll do: - Primary responsibilities include analyzing business goals, objectives, and needs; planning and designing business processes; and making recommendations for improvements, in collaboration with your product lead. - The role involves a structured rotation through different teams and operational business units to gain comprehensive insight into the systems and processes that drive the business. - Core contribution includes the critical utilization of AI to drive efficiencies and accelerate delivery, including process documentation, scheduling, data analysis, and process flow creation. - The analyst will serve as the primary support for business intake, requirements gathering, and issue resolution. - Expected to perform research and analysis to support operations, and estimate the cost and benefits of proposed solutions. What We Do This role supports the Agency Operations team through a combination of data analysis, operational support, compliance/audit activities, and process improvement.
