Solution Architect, D365 Field Service

• Drive discovery workshops with prospects and customers to demonstrate product capabilities and gather business requirements. • Lead and participate in discovery analysis meetings with customers to understand current business processes. • Serve as advocate for adherence to standards and best practice. • Collaborate with sales team and project managers to define the roadmap and milestones for each project. • On all assigned engagements the Solution Architect should own the proposed solution, work closely with all team members and remain engaged with the client. • Understand the capabilities of the delivery team and provide design guidance and support as needed. • Work with customers and internal teams on infrastructure architecture support. • Provide and/or develop detailed design specifications. • Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills; with flexibility to work in a fast-paced, process-oriented environment. • Implement and configure Dynamics CRM/CE per customer requirements. • Assist in software upgrades, including importing data, configuring forms and designing dashboards. • Design and write workflows to streamline business processes. • Write process documentation, user acceptance testing scripts and user manuals. • Test software, communicate with (and sometimes manage) offshore development staff. • Train and support CRM end users. • Stay curious and lead adoption of the latest D365 features and enhancements including Microsoft Co-Pilot, AI and D365 Agentification.

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of professional experience within a consultancy environment with proven Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM experience.
  • 5+ years of experience as either a technical lead, technical architect or solution architect with Dynamics 365 CRM.
  • 3+ years of pre-sales experience.
  • A minimum of 5 completed full implementations of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
  • Extensive knowledge and understanding of the technical side of Dynamics 365 CE solutions.
  • In-depth knowledge of the following modules: Sales, Service, Marketing, Social Engagement, USD, PSA, Field Service.
  • Strong presentation skills leading to sales process.
  • Experience estimating projects, writing contracts, Statements of Work and work orders.
  • Ability to successfully build relationships with clients at all levels within an organization.
  • Advanced knowledge of enterprise software systems and enterprise cloud.
  • Knowledge and experience of Enterprise Application Integration and architecture patterns.
  • Previous experience using Dual-write is highly desired.
  • Willing to travel domestically up to 30%.
