Required Skills: - Excellent presentation skills and the ability to interact professionally with students - Strong verbal and written skills - Certifications in Sec+, CYSA +. - 4-8 years of related work experience. - Familiarity with adult learning principles and practices - Learner-focused service orientation and commitment to quality in all aspects related to content delivery - Working knowledge of networking and associated technologies - Ability to multitask effectively and possess excellent time management and organizational skills - Bachelor's degree and teaching experience a plus not required. Essential Job Functions: - Provide training via physical and remote classroom - Conduct technical instruction using adult learning practices and procedures to engage the learners and ensure content is relevant to the targeted audience. • Provide first-line technical support and ensure the efficient resolution of IT-related issues for clients • Respond to tickets, calls, and emails via PSA tools (ConnectWise / Autotask) • Provide remote and onsite support to end-users • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues • Manage and resolve service requests and incidents • Follow up on tickets and ensure SLA compliance • Escalate issues appropriately with full documentation • Create, manage, and maintain Active Directory & Azure AD users, Group Policies, User permissions and access controls • Support and administer Microsoft 365 (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive), Email systems, archiving, and spam filtering • Install, configure, and maintain workstations, servers, and operating systems, network devices (routers, switches, firewalls), printers, scanners, and peripherals • Support VoIP and telephony systems • Monitor systems using RMM tools (Datto / Kaseya / NinjaOne) • Implement and support endpoint protection (Sophos), Firewalls and security systems, Intrusion detection/prevention systems • Perform and monitor data backups (Veeam / Datto) and disaster recovery planning and testing
