• Support United Concordia dental applications • Troubleshoot production issues and support incidents • Identify root causes across system, data, and configuration issues • Implement effective solutions and support defect triage and resolution • Collaborate with developers, product teams, and business stakeholders

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve escalated IT issues across hardware and software systems • Manage support tickets end-to-end • Communicate with clients, and collaborate with internal teams and vendors when needed • Support system migrations and implementations • Manage multiple priorities • Document technical solutions • Deliver high-quality customer service, including night shift coverage as required

• Provide first-line technical support and ensure the efficient resolution of IT-related issues for clients • Respond to tickets, calls, and emails via PSA tools (ConnectWise / Autotask) • Provide remote and onsite support to end-users • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues • Manage and resolve service requests and incidents • Follow up on tickets and ensure SLA compliance • Escalate issues appropriately with full documentation • Create, manage, and maintain Active Directory & Azure AD users, Group Policies, User permissions and access controls • Support and administer Microsoft 365 (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive), Email systems, archiving, and spam filtering • Install, configure, and maintain workstations, servers, and operating systems, network devices (routers, switches, firewalls), printers, scanners, and peripherals • Support VoIP and telephony systems • Monitor systems using RMM tools (Datto / Kaseya / NinjaOne) • Implement and support endpoint protection (Sophos), Firewalls and security systems, Intrusion detection/prevention systems • Perform and monitor data backups (Veeam / Datto) and disaster recovery planning and testing

• Design and develop custom process flows for industrial water and wastewater treatment systems • Engineer integrated equipment solutions spanning primary, secondary, and tertiary treatment processes • Apply expertise in treatment technologies including clarifiers, dissolved air flotation (DAF/SAF), centrifuges, aerobic treatment systems, and membrane filtration (UF/NF/RO) • Evaluate client wastewater characteristics and develop treatment strategies for organic-loaded effluents typical of the food and beverage industry • Collaborate with equipment vendors to select, specify, and integrate treatment technologies into complete system designs • Prepare process flow diagrams (PFDs), process design criteria, and technical documentation • Support proposal development and technical sales by defining system configurations and performance requirements • Participate in system commissioning, troubleshooting, and optimization as needed • Ensure designs meet applicable environmental regulations and industry best practices • Work cross-functionally with project management, mechanical, and controls teams to deliver turnkey water treatment systems
