Role Description Prominence Advisors is actively seeking an Epic Revenue Cycle Director to join our team. You'll have the opportunity to help healthcare organizations solve their toughest challenges through your ability to drive strategic process improvement, manage complex projects, and solve difficult problems. You'll help strengthen our team of the best and brightest, with reputations centered on getting things done. This is a client-facing, delivery-focused role, where you will lead high-impact engagements while shaping the future of Prominence’s Revenue Cycle practice. You will serve as a trusted advisor to client stakeholders, drive measurable financial and operational outcomes, and contribute to the development of scalable offerings over time. - Lead and actively contribute to Epic Revenue Cycle engagements, including optimization, implementation support, and performance improvement initiatives. - Serve as a hands-on advisor, working directly with client stakeholders to solve complex revenue cycle challenges across front-end, mid-cycle, and back-end workflows. - Deliver high-quality, actionable insights that improve financial outcomes, operational efficiency, and end-user adoption. - Ensure successful project execution, including scope management, issue resolution, and delivery of measurable results. Qualifications - 8+ years of experience in healthcare consulting or provider operations, with deep expertise in Epic Revenue Cycle (e.g., Resolute Professional/Hospital Billing, Cadence, Prelude, etc.) - Proven track record of hands-on delivery in client-facing roles, with the ability to both lead and execute. - Strong understanding of revenue cycle operations, financial performance drivers, and optimization strategies. - Experience building relationships with client stakeholders and influencing decision-making. - Ability to balance strategic thinking with detailed execution. - Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Requirements - Must be able to sit or stand at a computer and work independently. - Remote-first; must be based in the U.S. - Travel as needed for client engagements and key meetings. - Full-time, salaried position.
