Role Description Agente di commercio / procacciatore (P.IVA) – POS & Pagamenti - Attività in presenza sul territorio: Lazio (Latina o Frosinone e provincia, Rieti e Viterbo e provincia) - Prospecting a freddo + appuntamenti quando disponibili pre-sales - P.IVA o disponibilità ad aprirla (anche plurimandatari, Mandato regionale diretto SumUp) - Provvigioni legate alla performance: valore dei prodotti + quota su transato ricorrente - Ciclo breve: demo, attivazione e incasso - Corso di formazione online + affiancamenti - Candidatura semplice: CV + contatto Responsibilities - Prospezione porta a porta: visite a freddo presso negozi, professionisti e PMI - Mappi la zona e organizzi un'agenda di visite sul territorio - Fai demo di POS/cassa/conto business e chiudi l'attivazione - Segui pipeline e follow-up su Sidekick (CRM) - Coordini attivazioni rapide con il team Pre-Sales - Gestisci e sviluppi i clienti attivi all'interno della regione Compensation - 50% di provvigione diretta su ogni prodotto venduto (POS, hardware, software) - Commissione sul transato del primo anno del cliente, calcolata sui ricavi netti: guadagni subito, in base a quanto incassa il tuo merchant - Provvigione mensile ricorrente sui ricavi netti: il tuo portafoglio genera reddito ogni mese, anche sulle vendite passate - In media, i nostri agenti attivi guadagnano €3.000-4.000 lordi/mese nei primi mesi, con una crescita progressiva oltre €5.000 lordi/mese a regime - Il top 20% del nostro network supera €13.000 lordi/mese grazie al portafoglio ricorrente accumulato - I dettagli del piano vengono illustrati durante il colloquio Qualifications - Esperienza field (B2B/PMI, porta a porta, consulenziale) oppure forte attitudine commerciale - Autonomia su agenda e territorio + approccio organizzato - Comunicazione chiara, ascolto attivo e orientamento ai numeri - Network locale/portfolio contatti - Confidenza con strumenti digitali - Pari opportunità: tutte le candidature sono benvenute.

Sales Execution & Pipeline Leadership - Oversee pipeline development, opportunity progression, and forecast accuracy and commit discipline across the client/business development team. - Ensure disciplined use of CRM systems, data integrity, and adherence to defined sales processes and methodologies (e.g., MEDDPICC). - Guide complex deal strategy, qualification, and negotiation planning to improve conversion and deal quality. - Partner with the VP, Sales to provide regular performance reporting, forecasting insights, and market feedback. Account Growth & Go-to-Market Execution - Oversee account planning and business development strategies to drive expansion within key client segments. - Ensure consistent execution of consultative, insight-led selling approaches across the team. - Partner with Marketing to align demand generation initiatives, campaigns, and events with sales priorities. - Collaborate with Delivery and Client Success teams to support successful transitions from sale to implementation and long-term client growth.
