• Identify, source, and qualify new prospects across target industries and geographies. • Apply structured outreach via email, phone, and social channels to maintain a predictable inflow of high-quality leads. • Validate customer fit quickly using defined qualification criteria (i.e.use case, urgency, business pain). • Progress only leads to the sales pipeline to ensure quality and accuracy. • Manage the initial qualification stages of the pipeline, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and consistency in opportunity creation. • Maintain complete and up-to-date CRM records across all lead activities. • Identify prospect pain points and articulate Cargobase’s high-level value proposition. • Provide accurate forecasts on lead volumes, qualification rates, and conversion metrics. • Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets for qualified opportunities.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, or a related field (fresh graduates welcome).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Organised, self-motivated, and comfortable managing a high volume of outreach.
- Genuine curiosity about logistics, technology, or enterprise sales.
- Familiarity with CRM tools or outreach platforms is a plus, but not required.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, multicultural, and data-driven environment.

Our flagship test, NavDx, is a breakthrough blood-based DNA test for HPV-induced cancers, clinically proven and already trusted by tens of thousands of patients and physicians across the U.S. Opportunity At Naveris, our Sales Representatives play a critical role in driving the adoption of NavDx®, a cutting-edge Lab Developed Test (LDT) designed for patients with HPV-driven cancers. NavDx detects and quantifies Tumor Tissue Modified Vial (TTMV®)-HPV DNA in blood, offering a non-invasive tool to monitor patients for recurrence after treatment. By enabling earlier detection of disease recurrence, NavDx helps clinicians optimize patient management and improve outcomes. In this role, you will engage a broad range of stakeholders—including medical oncologists, radiation oncologists, head and neck surgeons, and colorectal surgeons—within multidisciplinary care teams to expand clinical awareness and utilization of NavDx.
