• Resource & Workload Management with an emphasis on Creative Division • Partner closely with Project Managers to solve real-time and forward-looking staffing needs • Allocate resources across projects based on priority, timelines, and team capacity • Maintain and evolve the capacity planning model to accurately reflect team bandwidth • Partner with Sales to understand pipeline velocity and recommend realistic project kickoff timing • Own the freelance ecosystem end-to-end: sourcing, vetting, negotiating, onboarding, and managing freelancers • Own and maintain our internal capacity/utilization tracker • Work closely with Project Management, Creative, Sales, and Leadership to align resourcing with business priorities • Act as a key decision-maker in prioritization conversations across clients and internal initiatives

Job Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in resource management, operations, or project management within a creative, marketing, or agency environment
  • Strong understanding of creative production workflows and performance marketing environments
  • Experience managing capacity planning and utilization tracking
  • Proven experience working with freelancers (sourcing, negotiating, managing)
  • Ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights
  • Experience working cross-functionally with PMs, creative teams, and leadership
