Role Description Estamos buscando um(a) Coordenador(a) de Vendas para atuar no time Sales. O papel envolve liderar e desenvolver o time de vendas, participando ativamente de negociações estratégicas em campo e utilizando a inteligência de dados para evoluir o materiais internos. Você terá como objetivo liderar a transformação de oportunidades em receita, garantindo a previsibilidade dos resultados em nível nacional e o crescimento contínuo da performance do time. - Liderar e escalar o time de executivos de vendas, garantindo a evolução da performance individual e a consistência da execução em todas as regiões do Brasil; - Acompanhar recorrentemente o time em campo, validando a qualidade das negociações presenciais e garantindo o alinhamento de abordagem e foco em conversão; - Construir, padronizar e evoluir o playbook de vendas para acelerar o ramping de novos vendedores e reduzir a fricção no crescimento da operação; - Gerir a performance comercial com base em dados, utilizando indicadores de conversão, produtividade e previsibilidade para orientar tomadas de decisão; - Atuar diretamente em negociações e contas estratégicas para destravar oportunidades complexas e gerar aprendizado contínuo para o time; - Colaborar com as áreas de Marketing, Growth e Produto, transformando aprendizados do mercado em melhorias no discurso comercial e na qualificação de oportunidades; - Alavancar o uso de CRM, automações e IA para otimizar os fluxos de trabalho do time e aumentar a eficiência operacional. Qualifications - Experiência sólida em vendas B2B consultivas, com vivência prática em atuação de campo (Field Sales); - Experiência prévia liderando, treinando ou desenvolvendo times de executivos de vendas de alta performance; - Forte capacidade de comunicação, persuasão e condução de negociações complexas com múltiplos stakeholders; - Perfil analítico com habilidade para interpretar métricas de funil e transformar dados em planos de ação para o time; - Alto nível de organização e autonomia para gerenciar uma operação distribuída geograficamente; - Disponibilidade para viagens frequentes e acompanhamento de rotinas em diferentes regiões; - Mentalidade de escala, com foco na criação de processos repetíveis e eficientes para o crescimento do negócio. Requirements - Diferenciais: - Vivência em startups e/ou empresas em fase de crescimento. - Experiência escalando times de vendas distribuídos regionalmente.
