Role Description We are currently seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Bilingual Accounts Receivable Agent to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and has a strong ability to manage customer relationships while ensuring timely collections. Position Snapshot: - Bilingual Accounts Receivable Agent (Remote) - Job Type: Full Time, Permanent - Work Schedule: There are openings in multiple shifts: - 8:00am-4:00pm - 9:00am-5:00pm - 12:00pm-8:00pm - all postings are EST with working days of Monday - Friday, averaging 40 hours/week - Start Date: Immediately, pending candidate availability What You’ll Do: - Manage a portfolio of overdue customer accounts, with a focus on aged accounts - Make outbound calls and handle incoming customer calls related to payments, balances, and account inquiries - Record customer payments and transactions accurately - Create and send invoices according to company practices and follow up when required - Investigate overdue accounts to determine reasons for non-payment and work with customers to resolve issues - Maintain and update customer files as needed - Document all communication, notes, and payment arrangements clearly in internal systems - Maintain a positive and professional attitude when interacting with customers and team members - Ensure a productive and organized remote work environment while meeting deadlines - Perform other related duties as assigned Qualifications - Minimum of 5+ years of experience in accounts receivable, collections, or a similar role - Strong communication and negotiation skills - Excellent attention to detail and accuracy - Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively - Problem-solving mindset with a customer-focused approach - Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting - Must be bilingual in both French and English written and oral communications Benefits - Competitive salary - Comprehensive benefits package (health, dental, vision, life insurance) - Stable, full-time remote opportunity - Supportive and collaborative team environment - Opportunities for growth and advancement within the company - Ongoing training and development - Work-life balance with structured schedules - Opportunity to make a direct impact on company operations Company Description Insight Pest Solutions is an equal opportunity employer committed to diversity and inclusion.
