Role Description Hold virtual appointments with clients to identify their needs and offer solutions. - Work with inbound leads only – no cold calling or door-to-door sales. - Complete a guided training program and get your state life insurance license (we’ll help if you’re not licensed yet). - Support clients through the entire application process and provide follow-up care. - Set personal goals and manage your daily workflow independently. - Represent the company with professionalism and a client-first approach. Qualifications - No insurance experience? No problem – we train you. - You’re self-motivated, reliable, and open to coaching. - You have strong communication skills and enjoy helping people. - You’re comfortable working remotely with a flexible full-time schedule. - You value honesty, work ethic, and doing the right thing.
