• Responsible for primary clinical support in assisting sales representatives to develop new sales opportunities and accounts with physician and hospital accounts • Provide technical expertise, product demonstrations, patient care, installation and maintenance of company products • Develop and maintain relationships with physicians and staff at assigned clinical sites by providing a high level of service and responsiveness • Provide technical and educational training to physicians and staff on the use of the company’s products • Provide case support, including Operating Room/Procedure support • Serve as primary resource for clinical support including troubleshooting, programming, and patient follow-up for company products • Perform patient follow-up to assure customer and patient success with the implanted products • Develop and maintain business relationships with hospital personnel

• Provide service and account management support for clients in a region • Take water tests and maintain equipment • Assist in maintaining Comprehensive Water Management Programs by analyzing microbiological and water chemistry data and responding to client requests • Perform minor maintenance on water monitoring equipment • Take on-site readings via testing instruments (i.e., chlorine, temperature, and pH readings) • Collect building water samples to be sent to a lab for cultures • Mentor or train peers once fully trained

• Travel regularly to support the launch and growth of TPUSA Communities chapters across the West; • Identify and help develop new Chapter Leaders in key cities; • Support newly launched chapters through hands-on training and follow-up; • Assist chapters with outreach, recruitment, and grassroots engagement efforts; • Ensure chapters are hosting consistent, high-quality events aligned with Communities standards; • Help plan, support, and at times directly execute events in developing markets; • Provide guidance on event logistics, promotion, and execution; • Monitor chapter health and performance, identifying areas for improvement; • Maintain consistent communication with Chapter Leaders and provide ongoing support; • Track chapter activity, events, and engagement using internal systems; • Work closely with Strategic Managers to meet national chapter and event goals; • Represent TPUSA Communities professionally at events and in the field.

• Proactive outreach to journalists, editors and media contacts on behalf of the client's clients, including both high-volume pitch distribution and individually tailored pitches for priority placements • Drafting and sending press releases, pitch emails, media alerts and client updates to an agreed schedule • Building and maintaining media lists across target publications for each client, keeping contact records accurate and up to date • Managing client communication including regular update emails, coverage reports and responses to client queries • Monitoring press coverage for all assigned clients, compiling coverage reports and flagging notable placements to the senior team • Researching journalists, publications and editorial opportunities relevant to each client's campaign • Supporting the coordination of celebrity and brand partnership outreach under senior team direction • Administrative support including scheduling, file management and internal reporting • Submitting a daily end-of-day report to the senior team covering activity completed, coverage secured, pitches sent and any issues arising
