Senior Associate, Compliance Operations Program Office

• Provide essential operational and administrative support to the global Compliance team. • Manage workflows, systems, and communications to ensure effective execution of compliance program initiatives. • Develop workflows to plan, organize, and track projects for the compliance team. • Manage the content management and collaboration platform. • Provide system administration support for various compliance-owned applications. • Support on- and off-boarding of external resources via HR Information System. • Ensure timely response to communications received through all Compliance mailboxes. • Coordinate presentations for Executive Leadership Team, Board, and other Committees. • Organize department meetings, including gathering agenda items from the team. • Manage compliance policy lifecycle, including document management & translations. • Support Compliance Officers with coordinating training requirements. • Manage communications plan (e.g., compliance newsletters, intranet, external website). • Manage compliance contracts, purchase requests, and invoice submissions. • Participate in special projects and cross-functional initiatives. • Provide day-to-day administrative assistance to the Compliance team.
Job Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in compliance operations, program management, or administrative support.
- Familiarity with policy lifecycle management and document governance processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, as well as content management, planning and other related tools.
- Knowledge of financial systems and contract management workflows a plus.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and work collaboratively across teams.
