• Responsible for coordination of all aspects of research projects. • Coordinates all research project-related activities, including recruitment, progress tracking and reporting, quality control, and research support staff training; oversees implementation of project plans. • Oversees development of study specific material such as tracking logs, templates, monitoring tools, study binders, process manuals, etc. • Submits request for data extracts and manages data collection, entry, and quality. • Tracks project related expenses and assists with monitoring study budgets, developing new study budgets and contract request submissions for noncomplex studies. • Prepares and submits IRB submissions of increasing complexity; reviews routine submissions prepared by Senior Research Assistants. • Handles sensitive project issues and provides resolution. • Ensures adherence to federal or other regulatory requirements. • Communicates resource needs, issues, project status and milestones to project team and project leader and devises corrective action plans. • Assists with preparation and submission of study manuscripts for publication, funding applications, and grant or sponsor-required reports. • Orientation, mentoring, and training of junior research staff.

Pay Range The typical pay range for this role is: $75,400.00 - $165,954.00 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. Job Description Summary: The Professional Services Project Manager is responsible for leading the day to day successful delivery of Rocket Professional Services customer engagements together with Rocket and customer teams and plays a key role in providing Rocket’s Category of One customer experience. In this role, the Project Manager ensures that projects are delivered according to agreed timelines, scope, and budget, while meeting both customer and Rocket objectives.
