Qualifications Required Qualifications - Minimum 5 years of experience in sales operations, reporting, analytics, or a closely related function. - Hands‑on experience with client or sales reporting platforms such as ADVICE, CFE, Tableau, Salesforce, Tech Central, EICO, Convey, or similar tools. - Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and maintain strong attention to detail. - Experience partnering with matrix teams and engaging directly with business stakeholders. - Strong written and verbal communication skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office 365. Preferred Qualifications - Bachelor’s or Associate degree in analytics, business, or a related field. - Experience leading or influencing process improvement or automation initiatives. - Prior people leadership experience, either formal or informal, supporting team development. For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 66,400 - 110,600 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.
