Responsibilities Deliver Reliable, High‑Impact Reporting - Ensure client and sales partners receive timely, accurate, and consistent reporting that enables confident decision‑making. - Oversee intake, prioritization, and execution of reporting requests using Wrike, balancing speed, quality, and capacity. - Guide analysts in producing recurring, ad‑hoc, and project‑based reports aligned to approved data sources and standards. Lead Through Partnership and Influence - Serve as a trusted escalation point for complex reporting needs, collaborating with Senior Client Data Analysts to resolve challenges. - Represent the Client Data & Reporting team in market and regional sales operations discussions. - Translate business questions into clear analytics requirements that support application development and reporting solutions. Strengthen Data Strategy and Quality - Identify risks, perform root‑cause analysis, and recommend data‑driven improvements. - Integrate multiple approved data sources to deliver clear, actionable insights. - Support the evolution of reporting strategies that scale with business growth. Drive Continuous Improvement - Lead process improvements that reduce manual effort, increase standardization, and improve turnaround time. - Identify automation opportunities and partner with matrix teams to implement sustainable solutions. - Maintain clear, accessible documentation and standard operating procedures. Develop and Inspire the Team - Coach and develop Client Data Analysts and Senior Client Data Analysts through ongoing feedback and support. - Reinforce a culture of accountability, curiosity, and collaboration aligned with SRC operating principles. - Support training efforts to build consistent tool usage and reporting excellence. Qualifications Required Qualifications - Minimum 5 years of experience in sales operations, reporting, analytics, or a closely related function. - Hands‑on experience with client or sales reporting platforms such as ADVICE, CFE, Tableau, Salesforce, Tech Central, EICO, Convey, or similar tools. - Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and maintain strong attention to detail. - Experience partnering with matrix teams and engaging directly with business stakeholders. - Strong written and verbal communication skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office 365. Preferred Qualifications - Bachelor’s or Associate degree in analytics, business, or a related field. - Experience leading or influencing process improvement or automation initiatives. - Prior people leadership experience, either formal or informal, supporting team development. If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload. For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 66,400 - 110,600 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.
