Staff Product Manager, AI

• Foster a deep understanding of our customers and their workflows through research, data analysis, and direct engagement with sales, customer success, and dealmakers themselves. • Own and evolve Affinity's chat product and the agentic experiences we build on top of it, from early research and prototyping through beta and general availability. • Define and steward the labs framework that gives the: the process by which the broader product team a structured way to evaluate AI experiments and runs AI experiments, measures success, and graduates the most promising ideas into the core product. • Work directly with the CEO, senior leadership team, and customers to shape the strategic direction of AI at Affinity, from early concept through live product. • Develop product strategy for your ownership area, including business cases, success metrics, and a clear point of view on where AI creates genuine value for dealmakers. • Partner closely with engineering, applied science, and design teams to lead discovery, definition, and delivery, maintaining a short feedback loop with real users throughout. • Contribute to a product team culture of craft and continuous growth, including genuine enthusiasm for how AI is reshaping what great product work looks like

Job Requirements

  • 6+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years in B2B
  • A track record of shipping AI experiences that customers actually touch: from prototype to production, you've owned the full journey.
  • A track record of moving fast and experimenting: you prototype, test with real users, and iterate before committing to a full build.
  • Strong executive presence and the ability to influence without authority across engineering, design, GTM, leadership, and customers.
  • Experience working with enterprise customers and navigating the complexity that comes with them.
  • Deep understanding and empathy for users, and a proven track record of translating that empathy into product decisions.
  • The kind of genuine curiosity about AI that shows up in what you build on the side, the tools you use every day, and the opinions you've formed from actually getting your hands on things.
